We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks ahead for birthdays and casual events, and 6–8 weeks for weddings or large celebrations. This gives us time to source the right materials and craft every element to your brief.
Every event is unique, so we quote based on your specific requirements. We have a range of options from budget-friendly starter setups to fully bespoke luxury arrangements. Simply send us a message with your event type, date, and ideas and we'll prepare a personalised quote for you.
Yes — full delivery and professional on-site setup is included in all our packages. We arrive ahead of your event to ensure every detail is perfect before your first guest walks through the door.
We are based in Kotu and serve the Greater Banjul Area including Kololi, Fajara, Bakau, Kotu, the Senegambia strip, and central Banjul. Please enquire for events outside this region and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Absolutely. Our personalised gifts and custom hampers are available year-round as standalone orders — no event booking required. Get in touch to discuss a fully customised gift for a birthday, graduation, or any occasion.
We understand that plans change. We ask for at least 7 days' notice for amendments and 14 days for cancellations to avoid losing your deposit. Full details are included in your booking confirmation and our Terms & Conditions.
